Given sum of the digits is 2
Let the digits in ones place be x
Hence the digit in tens place is (2 – x)
The original number = 10(2– x) + x = 20-9x
Number formed by reversing the digits = 10x + (2-x)  =  9x + 2
Given that number formed by reversing the digits is 18 greater than the original number.
⇒ 9x + 2 = (20 – 9x) + 18= 2 – 9x
⇒ 18x = 2-2 = o
∴ x = o
The original number = 20 – 9x = 20 – 9(o)=20
