Answer:

let the original number is 10x+y

then according to question x+y=8

interchanging the digits we get the number

10y+x

so,

(10y+x)-(10x+y)=18

=> 10y+x-10x-y=18

=> 9y-9x=18

=> 9(y-x)=18

=> y-x=18/9

=> y-x=2

=> y=2+x

x+y=8

=> x+2+x=8

=> 2x=8-2

=> 2x=6

=> x=6/2

=> x=3

so, y=2+3=5

so the original number is 35

no.2 is the correct answer
