Sum of first 100 natural number=1+2+3+4+.......... +100
According to arithmetic progression
a=1
d=1
l=100
n terms=a+(n-1ld=l
1+(n-1)1=100
1+n-1=100
n=100
Sum of n terms =
 \frac{100}{2} \times (a + l)
 \frac{100}{2} \times (1 + 100)
 \frac{100}{2} \times 101
50 \times 101
5050
