Hey there !!
Let x and y be the no ,

Original no - 10x+y
Reversed no - 10y+x
A / 1st condition -

x+y = 9. ----1)

A/ 2nd condition -

(10x+y )+ 9 = ( 10y+x)
=> 10x-x + 9 = 10y-y
=> 9x + 9= 9y
=> 9x +9-9y =0
=> 9 ( x +1-y) =0
=> x-y = -1 ------2)
subtracting equation 1) by 2)

x+y =9
x-y = -1
(-)(+) (+)
------------
2y= 10
=> y = 5

Putting it in equation !)
hence x = 4

Hence x = 4 and y = 5

Plzz mark it as brainliest
