The numbers are even and are consecutive even numbers meaning that
the second number is 2 more than the first and the third number is 2 more than the second. So when we calculate the sum of thse 3 numbers it would be 3 times the middle number.( If the middle number is 2, the first would be a - 2 and the last would be a + 2 so sum would be 3 x a ). So the sum 150 would be 3 times the middle number. that means that the middle number would be 150 / 3 =50. SInce the first number would be 2 less than the middle number , it would be the smallest i.e. 50–2= 48.
