1st NO. = 3/14

LET THE SECOND NO. BE = x

ACTQ,

x + 3/14 = 4/7

= x = 4/7 - 3/14

= x. = 8/14 - 3/14

= x. =. 8-3/14

= x. = 5/14

HENCE THE SECOND NO. IS = 5/14
