given \: the \: sum \: of \: two \: rational \: numbers \: is \frac{ - 4}{11}  and \\  \: one \: number \: is \: 6 \\ let \: another \: number \: be \: x \\  \: then \\ x + 6 =  \frac{ - 4}{11}  \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 4}{11}  - 6 \\  =  > x =   \frac{ - 4 - 66}{11}  \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 70}{11}
