Let @ and $ be the two zeroes of the polynomial.

Given that, @ + $=4  and  @ x $=5

We know that

=>k{x^2 - (@+$)x + (@ x $)}

putting the values

=>k{x^2 - (4)x + (5)}

=> k{x^2 - 4x +  5}

=>x^2 - 4x + 5

So the required polynomial is x^2 - 4x + 5
