Given

Sumer completed his maths homework in 11/4 hours and his science homework in 13/18 hours

We Find

total time he spent to complete his homework

According to the Question

 =  \frac{11}{4}  +  \frac{13}{18} \\ \\ =   \frac{11 \times 9 \:  +13 \times 2 }{36}  \\  \\  =  \frac{99 + 26}{36} \\  \\   = \frac{125}{36} \:

Hence the total time he spent in completing work is  \huge\frac {125} {36}
