Summarise the rules for writing of distrubution of electrons in various shells for the first 18 elements where is the answer in book

Each of element contains electrons in electron shells .First cell contain 2 atoms which is calld K shell.
2nd shell can accomodate 8 electrons which is called L shell .3rd and 4th shells are called M and N cell which can accomodate 18 and 32 electrons but if a shell contains more then 8 electrons then it will be unstable. So,the outermost shell are filled with only 8 electrons. For ex - sodium has atomic no. 11 then its electronic configuration will be-
