She wakes up at half past seven. First, she gets up and brushes her teeth. Then she does gymnastics for an hour. Then she goes to the bathroom. She takes a shower and washes her hair. She puts on make-up and she dresses: jeans and a T-shirt. Then she goes down to the dining room. She eats a light breakfast that is rich in protein: yogurt, toast and cereals.
She has several contracts. She phones her agency to make her appointments. She has an eleven o'clock photo op for a winter costume show. She goes to the agency and works all afternoon. At two o'clock, she's having lunch: just a steak salad and mineral water! The life of a model is not easy. At five o'clock, she has another date. She comes home at seven o'clock. She's tired. She dines at half past eight. She is watching TV, listening to messages on her answering machine and finally at 10 am, she goes to bed and soon falls asleep. Tomorrow she is participating in a fashion show.
