The poet says, whose and how is it that the class which is engaged in making the society beautiful and making it happy, the same class is living life in the absence of filth? Hands spreading fragrance in people's lives are forced to spend their lives in very terrible situations! What is ironic is that these hands that create fragrance are living life in the most dirty and smelly areas of remote areas. These people who contributed to building a healthy society are so neglected! The poet is asking here, how long is this going to last?
