OTBA has been a blessing for students . Students where allowed to write information from the book , copies and their notes . They were allowed to carry them during their examinations , but they did suck because they decreased the skills and talents of students . It was asked to discontinue from 14-15 , but it is continued . Students were excited, relaxed and had no trnsion before examinations . They were free minded and it seemed that they had gained freedom from studies . The scene in examination hall can be described best by examinees . Whatever , the examinees have little time to stand and stare . Examinees has been found talking and discussing question answers as they were blessed with OTBA. All the answered are half seemed to be known , just take the notes and copy the answers! This the role while OTBA is there . Literature is the most easiest part in english . Students list Grammar notes . Sometime writting skills are also very common!
