In the poem ‘Shaper Shaped’, the poet Harindranath Chathopadhyay (1898 – 1990) envisions being one with the subject or object of one’s work. He uses examples of a potter, poet, sword maker and dreamer, who he thinks can do better at their work and at the same time enjoy what they are doing, more, if they were one with their subject or main object of work.
Harindranath Chathopadhyay was an Indian English poet, actor and musician.
