Windows is one of the best poems penned by Wes Magee who was known for his contributions towards children’s literature.

At night, the air through the open window sways the curtain from one side to another. Even in our sleep, we are aware of the silence. The chill air through the open window makes the room cold and is not trapped inside the room. It gives a slight sense of mourning. All through this, we turn in our sleep dreaming in silence.
