In this poem the poet personifies wind and has written what he has observed about the wind. He looks at kites flying high and birds soaring high. The poet can't see the wind but he is aware of it blowing. The poet writes that he can hear wind when it rustles past ladies skirts.

in the poem wind poet told about the power of the wind . when wind blow lightly we get pleasant and cold air that's makes us feel happy but when wind is in power it destroy everything it cause destruction to life and property . The poet wanted to lighten the life of the people as the wind has some power and can face any problem thus in the same way human too have power , the strong people face the problems bravely but the weak people get depressed and so much tensioned about the situation they dont know how to overcome the situation.
