However, in the case of black-bodies, all the radiation which fall on it are absorbed by it. Just a small amount of radiation is emitted back by the black body which is termed as the black body emission. Even the radiation that is emitted from the Sun is close to being a kind of a blackbody radiation.

A perfect black body means the body which absorbs all the electromagnetic radiation strike on it . In figure it is shown that how a perfect black body absorb a day of light inside it . A black body in thermal equilibrium emits the radiation at same temperature named as black body radiation
So, you can say that , A perfect black body is that body which absorbs and emits the all the electromagnetic radiations at the same temperature
But in case of sun , sun emits the black body radiation from different layer at different temperature .
In simple way you can say that sun is not a perfect black body . Yeah, you can assume it {just approximation
