Hy,
The answer to this question is osteosarcoma, it is a malignant tumor of connective tissue origin. Osteosarcoma is the 3rd most common cancer in adolescents after brain tumor and lungs cancer.
Besides sun burst appearing, generalised widening of PDL, Codman triangle is also seen.
