= Rs 35000
So the remaining balance is = 3.5 × 100000 - 35000
=Rs 315000

Half of it was given to pay for the loan
= 315000 ÷ 2
=Rs 157500
Therefore, the remaining amount will be

$= 315000 - 157500 \\ = 157500$
