Suppose a person is suffering from acidity. ANother person advised him to take an antacid (milk of magnesia)Mg(OH)2. the chemical reaction is HCl+Mg(OH)2 gives MgCl​2 and H2O THE ACID GETS NEUTRALISED AND PRODUCTS OBTAINED ARE​MgCl​2and H2O. WHERE DOES THIS WATER AND SALT GO THEN? DOESNT THE SALT HARM OUR BODY? IS IT EXCRETED?

yes either with urine as urea or as sweat. H2O may b used up or be excreated
