acceleration due to gravity is given by

g=GM/R²

acceleration on earth=GMe/R²e

radius of planet=Re/2

mass of planet=M/2

acceleration due to gravity on planet=2GMe/R²e

=2ge

Therefore the acceleration will be twice that of eaths acceleration
