suppose a stick is struck against a fried pan in a vacuum, will the fring pan vibrate? will we able to hear a sound.

The frying pan will vibrate because of the force exerted by the stick and thus it will produce sound but we would not be able to hear sound because it is vacuum. We know that sound requires a medium to travel. In vacuum sound can't travel so we can't hear sound
