When you report any answer or question or comment, they the moderators of Brainly are able to see the ones you have reported.

Then, they decide if the answer/question/comment is vague or inappropriate or vulgar, if yes then it is deleted.

If the answer lacks something or has some minor mistakes then the answer is sent for correction.

So the fate of the answer or question reported depends on how vague it is or how user friendly it is.
