Dear honourable Minister
I write this letter, not because I am trying to pursue, introduce an Idea or put my idea against the current ideas or any idea for that matter. I am not against anything or for it. I am more concerned with only facts and actualities. As far as my slender ability allows I will not concern you with anything less than a matter of great importance in this letter. I wish to emphasise that I intend no disrespect either to the Government, to the minister, to professionals, or to you personally..
I wish to humbly draw your attention to the fact that our current system will always fail us and the learners concerned, for a number of obvious reasons. Often the problem has not been correctly found, this means that the solution part becomes irrelevant and in-adequate. Recognising key inhibitors to education or development of an individual is one vital aspect of the very development called education
My honourable Minister, intelligence or awareness is not something to do, it is a happening, it is a quality of perception that happens directly related to what is, the actual, the fact. Intelligence is not an act or exercise of what idea to pursue when faced with a challenge or fact, but only the understanding of the fact by the observer who is freed of an idea by realising the inadequacy of an idea when faced with a fact, the idea is limited it distort facts according to its kind, perfume and boundaries, it is concentration. while the actual is living and has vastness of its own. The limited and illusionary idea cannot perceive the vastness of the real, factual unlimited actualities.
Let us look at it in another way. In fact knowledge (ideas) pays respect to memories and memories are of not much use in our daily actual life. In actual life you need intelligence. And the difference should be made clear to you my good sir, an idea is a readymade response to a challenge, challenge is always new, life goes on changing moment to moment, its challenges are never ready-made. So all our efforts to understand ready-made answers and responses are lagging behind life. They are inadequate to bring about an intelligent human being, to draw out an intelligence which is free to be intelligent. To cultivate the comprehensive intelligence from which all other things flow, awareness that has the intelligence which cannot be contained within the boundaries of ideas.
When we conform uncomprehendingly to ideas of the right or the left, any potential of awakening the intelligence that we are, suddenly dies down, and our responsibility of the pursuit of a further, or better idea soon put an end to that creative intelligence. And so a creation of a division between what is and that which the idea says it should be. That is why it comes about that we continually seek and never find, because that which we seek we can never find, it is a distortion away from what is, it is an abstraction. The only barrier is when the idea is imposed between the observer and the observed.
Intelligence is the capacity to perceive the essential, the what is, and to awaken this capacity in oneself and in others is education.
