The detailed steps are given below:

Step 1: Open ms word and select the bold option from the menu under the home option in the tab and write the topic at first and then the rest of the document. The default alignment is left, so to change it to the required one the following steps are followed.

Step 2: At first, to change the layout of the title, select the text( title) and then click on bold option from the menu in the home tab. To make the title centre aligned, the ‘centre text’ option in the formatting ribbon at the top of the document is to be clicked.

Step 3: For the remaining text alignment to be 'justified' such that it is aligned to both left and right, the ‘justify’ icon is to be clicked.

Step 4: For inserting a dashed line at the end of the document, go to the end and select the '-' option from the keyboard and press it till you get a complete line.

Step 5: Finally, to change the orientation of the entire document, go to the layout option in the menu ,select 'Orientation' option, then click on 'landscape'.

Choose Portrait or Landscape.
