  I hope this letter finds you in good fettle. Well, I recently attended a workshop on yoga and meditation organized at our school. I am so glad you have interest in this unique and much-less understood wellness regimen.  

Yoga is indispensable for all, but all people don’t do it. It has uncountable benefits. Especially for those who wish to achieve all round success, yoga is a must for them. It has been clinically testified that yoga in combination with deep mediation not only improves physical functioning, but mental mechanism also.    

Since high level of mental alertness is required to tackle and imbibe academic concepts, yoga helps one achieve both of them. Adopting yoga and meditation can really be quite helpful to students in enhancing their academic excellence.  

The deeper levels of Yoga and Meditation are known to trigger advanced levels of AWAKENING and SELF-REALIZATION. These levels of awakening and self-realization are a must in order to experience bliss and contentment. So doing Yoga and mediation are both wonderful and life-transforming exercises.
