Hello there,

If I am teaching in a tribal dominated school and I don't know the mother tongue of those children, i could use a number of different mediums in order to teach them. I could always take help of a translator who could become a middle man. Other then that, i could also use other mediums such as technology. Media now a days is a universal language and everyone understands that. I could show children academic videos and later mimic them in order to promote learning.
