1. Eat biryani very slowly and crush the biryani in your mouth then only it mixes with saliva and it contains an enzyme ptyalin which helps in the break down of complex carbohydrates to simple ones.

2. After eating the biryani, jog for 15 minutes and it helps in peristaltic movements and this peristaltic movements helps the food to through into stomach.

3. Do not drink water for 2 hours after eating the food because a powerful hydrochloric acid is released in our stomach to kill harmful bacteria in our food and if we drink water then it dilutes hydrochloric acid.

4.Give some rest after eating the food because it will helps you to avoid gall bladder problems and indigestion problems.
