Step-by-step explanation:

Let Base be x

Hypotenuse = 3x - 7

Height = 2x - 1

To find the sides

Using Pythagoras Theorem

(Hy)sq = (H)sq + (B)sq

(3x -7)sq = (2x - 1)sq + (x)sq

9x sq - 49sq = 4x sq - 1sq + 2x sq

3x sq = 48 sq

x sq = 48 ÷ 3

x sq = 16

x = 4

.•.Base

=x

=4

Height

= 2x - 1

=2×4-1

=8-1

=7

Hypotenuse

=3x - 7

=3×4-7

=12-7

=5
