Step-by-step explanation:

\tt Let\:veer\:got\:x\: chocolates \\ \\ \tt So\:chetan\:got\:x+12\: chocolates \\ \\ \tt Total\:number \:of\: chocolate \: is \:98 \\ \\ \tt \longrightarrow x + x + 12 = 98\\ \\ \tt \longrightarrow 2x + 12 = 98 \\ \\ \tt \longrightarrow 2x = 86 \\ \\ \tt \longrightarrow x = 43 \\ \\ \boxed{\bold{\red{\tt Veer\:got\:43\: chocolates }}}

veer get 37 chocolates & Chetna get 61 chocolates.

step by step explanation:-

suresh divide chocolates in 2 part ,

so ,equal 2 part of 98 chocolates = 98/2=49

it means that if chocolates are divided into equal parts then both veer & Chetna get 49 chocolate.

but, here given that Chetna has 12 more than veer

It means 12 chocolates are cut from veer & given to Chetna

So, veer get = 49-12 = 37.

chetan get = 49+12= 61.
