Suresh’s salary 72.8 % more than Ravi’s Salary

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Say Ravi Salary  =  R

Suresh’s salary is 80% more than Ravi’s

=> Suresh Salary = R + (80/100)R  = 1.8R

Suresh got a raise of 20%

=> Suresh Salary after Raise = 1.8R  + (20/100)1.8R

= 1.8R * 1.2

= 2.16R

Ravi got a raise of 25%

=> Ravi Slary after Raise = R  + (25/100)R

= 1.25R

Suresh’s salary more than Ravi’s = 2.16R - 1.25R  = 0.91R

Suresh’s salary more than Ravi’s in %  =  (0.91R/1.25R) * 100

= 72.8 %

Suresh’s salary 72.8 % more than Ravi’s Salary
