Today most of our youngsters are busy in smartphone and eating juk food which results in obesity and other various diseases. Most of the problem is of obesity which is why the parents and doctors are concerned for the youth and taking many steps to make them aware about it consequences. But does it really not the responsibility of the children not to become addicted to them? Many surveys conducted by our government shows this and children are focusing more on social media and junk food. But we can hellp it by Changing our routine and lifestyle and adopting good and healthy lifestyle for ourselves to stay away from obesity.
