now,

how much part of the book will he read in 2 1/2 hours??

2 1/2 hr = 5/2 hr

since

1 hour = 1/3 of book

then,

5/2 hour =?

=> 5/2 *1/3

=> 5/6 of the book

you can understand it like this Sushant reads a book in Sushant reads the complete book in 3 hours. = 180 minutes
Thus in
$21 \div 2 \: hours = 10.5hours = 630 \: minutes$
Required ans =
$630 \div 180 = 3.5$

So he will read the book three times completely and half part of the book one more time.
