Swatchh Bharat Abhiyan was indeed a great step towards Cleanliness but the implementation wasn't done properly.
The mistake here was not of the government or organisations working for them but it was the illiteracy and non patriotism and ego( that is just nothing) which led to SBA becoming a not very successful idea specially in villages and small towns. The idea was implemented but the reason for the not well being of the idea was the lack of supervision mostly.
