let the number of 50 paise coins be X and 25 paise coin be Y then according to question
2X = Y
again to solve this either way up to convert all the numbers in paise or in Rupees therefore I am converting in paise
so total of we are having 9 rps = 900 paise
50X + 25Y = 900
2X + Y = 36
Y + Y = 36
2Y = 36
Y = 18 and X = 18/2 = 9
you can check your answer by 9× 50 + 18 ×25 = 450 + 18× 25 = 900
