t's said that words are mightier than sword because by sword you can kill one person at a time but my words you can create massacre.Use words with caution because you are liable for what you say. ... And when words meet emotion it creates tremendous power to kill.

I've never heard this but I think that it means that actions speak more than words. Like if you boast about something but you don't do it or like if you advise someone but don't follow that advice yourself then your are not being honest with yourself.
