Hemoglobin is the red pigment present in red blood cells which carries oxygen through out the body. Deficiency of hemoglobin results in anemia which can lead to various health problems like feeling tired, shortness of breath, fatigue. Severe deficiency can result in damage to internal organs like brain, kidneys as they do not get enough oxygen.

I only knew about symptom that lowering of heamoglobin effect in concentration of oxygen in our body. Due which weakness and disturb normal metabolic reaction in body lead to to many disorders
