Symptoms include painful urination and abnormal discharge from the penis or vagina. Men may experience testicular pain and women may experience pain in the lower stomach. In some cases, gonorrhoea has no symptoms.

Symptoms usually occurs within 2 or 14 days after exposure. However some people infected with gonorrhea level developed not noticeable system. It's important to remember that if a person having gonorrhea who doesn't have symptoms also known as nonsymptomatic carrier is still contagious. A person is more likely to spread the infection to other partners when did not have noticeable.
