T/10+T-6/12 =1 pls solve this and explain step by step

 \frac{T}{10} +T -\frac{6}12}= 1

 \frac{T}{10}+ T = 1+\frac{6}{12}

 \frac{T+10T}{\cancel{10}}= \frac{12+6}{\cancel{12}}

 \frac{11T}{5} = \frac{\cancel{18}}{\cancel{6}}

 \frac{11T}{5} = 3

 11T= 15

 T = \frac{15}{11}
