since ABCD Is parallelogram,
AB = DC = BE (opposite sides of parallelogram are equal)
so we get that DC = BE.
now ,
DF = AD (given)
AD = BC = DF (since opposite sides are equal)
so we get DF = BC.
and also ABE = ADF.
now as you can see ABCD is parallelogram, the opposite angles are equal.
since angle ABC = angle ADC so,
angle ABC + EBC = ADC(ABC) + angle CDF
angle EBC = angle CDF
so CB = DF, DC = BE and angle CBE = angle FDC,
TRIANGLE DFC = TRIANGLE BCE by SAS Congruency.
