Anything above 120 systolic and 70 diastolic is considered high but not alarming. One should be consulting a doctor if it goes above 130/90 but it should also be consistent. e.g. continuous high reading for two consecutive days. B.P fluctuates all day so rest 10 minutes before taking a measure.
80 is the heart rate which is slightly elevated. It should be around 72 but there is a margin of error with these machines (+/-5%), so take that into account also. Consider the age of the person also. Baseline levels change based on the age.
