Take 10 ml of water in a test tube.add 5 drops of soap solution and shake the test tube well .What happens and why?

when soap solution is added into distilled water the length of phone will be maximum and mostly cleaning capable and when it is used in well water that is hard water the phone will u of smaller length and lease cleaning capacity but when the soap solution is added in distilled water with calcium chloride its length will become very less and
