Take a look at the graph. Consider the four different locations in the northern hemisphere in the answer choices below. Where do you think the air would be the most humid? Why?

Group of answer choices

Alaska because it is the coldest of the four states and is bordered by the ocean.

Arizona because it is the warmest of the four states.

Florida should be most humid because it is semi-tropical and surrounded by water on three sides.

Virginia is a coastal state and should be the most humid because of the ocean bordering one side.

Considering the four different locations in the northern hemisphere in the answer choices below, we can conclude that the air would be the most humid in Arizona.

1. From the graph we can conclude that temperature is directly proportional to humidity.

2. Now taking a look at each answer choice

i. Alaska is the coldest of the four states and is bordered by the ocean thus would have relatively lowest humidity.

ii. Arizona is the most humid of all because it is the warmest of the four states.

iii. Florida is semi-tropical and surrounded by water on three sides but isn't the warmest of all and hence wouldn't be the most humid.

iv. Virginia is a coastal state but isn't the most humid though the ocean is bordering it on one side, as it's temperatures are relatively low.
