Condensation produces water droplets on the outside of cooled bottle of water. When warm air around hits the cold surface, it reaches its dew point and condenses. This leaves droplets of water on the glass or can, which forms a puddle around it.

This happens due to the change of physical state.
When you keep bottle of water inside a refrigerator it slowly enters into the gas phase.
Likewise, when you bring it out from the gas phase and keep it in the room temperature the bottle leaves the buddle of water due to the condensation effect.
It happens when the air surrounding the bottle collides and becomes condensed.
