The weight on different planets are different due to the force of gravity different on different planets or rather say celestial bodies as other factor like gravitational pull and push from other nearby celestial bodies make the difference. The weight on Mars and Moon thus will be different.

Weight on Mars can be calculated by multiplying weight on Earth to Martian force = 3.711 metre per second square and divided by our gravity force = 9.8 metre per second square.

Similarly, for weight on Moon, multiply the weight on earth by moon gravity pull = 0.165.
