taking South Africa as an? explain why do we need constitution

we need constitution because in the constitution many rules and many things are written which help to the government for running the country and solve any case related to constitution in South Africa there are two kinds of people living number one is black and number to 2 is white there are many discrimination between white and black white discriminate to black and don't give any respect to black that is why South Africa needs a constitution...... please follow and thanks my question it is your own choice
