Tan ( A - B ) = Tan ( 45 )

=>. A - B = 45°..... equation 1

And

Cos ( A - B ) = Tan ( 30 )

=>. A - B = 30..... equation 2

Their would be no such values of A and B which can satisfies both the equations.
