as we know,
sin a = perpendicular(p) /hypotenuse(h)
and cos a = base(b) /hypotenuse(h)
we know that tan a = sin a /cos a
therefore tan a = p / h x h / b and h on both the sides is canceled so we get ,
p / b which is = tan a
sin a = perpendicular(p) /hypotenuse(h)
and cos a = base(b) /hypotenuse(h)
we know that tan a = sin a /cos a
therefore tan a = p / h x h / b and h on both the sides is canceled so we get ,
p / b which is = tan a
