tan( theta) / tan( 90 - theta) + sin ( 90 - theta) / cos ( theta)
tan (theta) / cot( theta) + cos ( theta) / cos (theta)
now sin ( theta) / cos ( theta) * sin ( theta) / cos ( theta) + 1
sin^2 theta / cos ^2 theta + 1
(sin^2theta + cos ^2 theta) / cos^2 theta
by using identity (sin ^2theta + cos ^2 theta =1)
1/ cos ^2 theta = sec^2theta
hope this helps my frnd.
