Step-by-step explanation:

You can find the answer with relative ease if you think in terms of rate of filling.

The debit through tap A is 1 tank / 90min.

The debit through tap B is 1 tank / 60min.

If you turn both taps on, the debit of liquid into the tank will be

1/90 + 1/60 = 5 tanks / 180min = 1 tank / 36min.

So, the tank would fill in 36min.
